They had a dated reception area, that did not quite function correctly for the modern company they have become.

They needed to modernise the space, without affecting some aspects of the traditional building features, which were Grade 2 listed.

We designed a new open reception area with a new secondary entrance with double glazed automatic doors. Designed a modern reception desk with the clients logos fitted to the front. Bespoke media panels, flooring, lighting etc.

As part of the project we also refurbished a boardroom and two office areas.

The traditional listed panels could be drilled into or permanently affected in any way so all media panels and storage units had to be designed in a way which could be closely fitted to the wall without damaging the wall.

The ceiling was also listed so the lighting had to be designed in a way that it was only fixed in the same location as the previous lighting.

The project was delivered to budget and quickly due to time pressures from the client to get the works done prior to an event they had planned.
