Their offices and furniture were very tired and in poor condition. Likely to have been 80s when they were last updated.

To modernise the office space in all aspects

We were able to remove some internal walls which allowed us to incorporate some wasted storage space to create a large meeting room with full height glass partitioning with double doors. The original office space was designed to fit more desks than they had originally, while remaining spacious. We also replaced the existing failing ceiling with a new modern suspended grid system which was insulated above. The original loose flooring was levelled out and recarpeted. We totally rewired the whole space with new lighting, power, and data, as well as fitting new air conditioning throughout. All walls were plastered and decorated. New double-glazed windows and doors were fitted.

The most interesting thing about this project was the difference between the before and after photos.

The project was not without its challenges but was handed over on time and on budget
